o Responsible for Communication and Coordination with all the Stakeholders and Concern Departments at District Dir Lower.
o Responsible to liaise and Coordinate with EDO Health, Public Health and to Sign MOU with them.
o Facilitating, Supervision, Management, Monitoring and Control all the Project Components and Staff regularly.
o Responsible to Provide Technical Assistance to the Project Staff when and where they required.
o Responsible to ensure Implementation on and complete the Project Activities within the Project Duration.
o Responsible to Organize Meetings and Training Sessions for the Project Staff.
o Responsible to Run and Manage the Project Office.
o He will be Responsible to manage all the Inventories, (consumable and no consumable) including Stationery, Project Materials, small Tools, Office Equipment, Furniture, Vehicles and other Assets and will Maintain Assets Register.
o Financial Control and will check every Payment, Bill and Invoice.
o Keeping Record of all Payments, Bills and Invoices and will provide to the Finance Section of RI.
o To Identify and Report Problems which Interfere in Achieving Project Activities, Targets and Goal.
o To Ensure Collection of Staff Self Assessment Form, Evaluate the Performance of the Staff and Report Staff Appraisal to the Upper Management on Weekly and Monthly Basis.
o To Support Case Studies and Success Stories and other Presentations for Communication as Requested.
o To prepare related Narrative, Financial, Case Studies and other Reports.
o Responsible to Prepare, Document and Report the Project Activities to main Office and Donor as per reporting Needs, Frequency and Formats.
o Responsible to Mobilize the Target Community for School Hygiene Promotion (SHP).
o To Sign MOU with EDO Education and Identification & Selection of Class 4th Teachers for Cluster formation in District Dir Upper.
o To participate in TOT to Learn how to Promote HP Messages/Practices and to Distribute the BCC Materials in District Dir Upper.
o To plan, Develop and Design Health & Hygiene Education including preparation, Facilitation and Follow up.
o To promote Health & Hygiene Practices in Target Communities and Schools in District Dir Upper.
o To Conduct Assessments to Identify HH Issues at Schools and Community Level.
o To Participate Actively in Training Program as Trainer.
o Field Visit to Conduct Group Hygiene Sessions through BCC Materials in Target Schools & Communities.
o To Suggest and Formulate Disease prevention and Health promotion Strategies.
o To Collect, Analyze and Disseminate Information regarding Water Sources, Water Source Protection (WSP), Major Health Problems, Behavior Factors and Health Attitude and Knowledge.
o To Conduct Follow up Visit to Support the Implementation of HH Practices.
o He will Report the Project Activities to the Project Coordinator as per Formats on Regular Basis.
o He will Obey all the Rules, Policies and Procedures, and will Work in the Best Interest of ABKT and.
o Formation of Women Organizations and their Capacity Building.
o Arrangement for the Collection of their Monthly Savings for Micro Financing Fund.
o Built Capacity of Women Entrepreneurs through Small and Medium Enterprises Development Trainings.
o Identification, Selection and Provision of Loans for the Members of WOs.
o Collection of Installments from the Loanees’ Members of WOs.
o Ensure timely and efficient Book keeping.
o Assist management in Correspondence, Filing, Contacts, and Follow up and Phone Calls.
o Keeping Minutes of Meeting (MOM) of Internal and External Meetings and Meeting’s agendas.
o Follow up Matters of Premises of ABKT, Maintenance, keeping a Track Record.
o Pick up and Drop Services and General Fleet Management; Maintenance, Fueling, Monthly Check Up of Log Book, Tool Kit, First Aid Kits of Vehicles. Undertake the Overall Management of HR Department; Maintaining Personal Files, Leaves Record and Follow Up all SOPs regarding Recruitments.
o Revise and Improve HR Manuals and Formats.
o Perform daily Petty Purchases.
o Look after Transport Expenses (Way Bills).
o Preparation of Store Receive Voucher (SRV).
o Preparation of Store Issue Voucher (SIV).
o Receiving Logistics.
o To Tally the daily Logistics with Logistic File.
o Assist in Warehousing.
o Organizing Logistics in Warehouses in a Proper Manner through Stock Cards.
o Participate and Distribution of Project Materials.
o In case of Distribution, Maintain the Favorable Conditions and Arrange Security to Distribution Points.
o Enhance Team Spirit, Orient and Regularly Updates HR regarding their Duties and Responsibilities.
o Assist in Reporting and Preparation of Project Documentation.
o Provided daily Integrated Report to ED.
o Provision of Project Materials to the NEF Basic Education Community Schools (BECS).
o Facilitation, Supervision and Monitoring of NEF Basic Education Community Schools (BECS).
o Follow up and Visit of NEF Basic Education Community Schools (BECS) and Staff.
o Data Collection on Specific Format of BECSs on Monthly Basis.
o Preparation of Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) for IKK & NEF.
o Report Writing and Disseminations to the IKK and NEF.
